·30周年纪念版PS5（model group – slim）包括主机以及周边均采用一代PS涂装，其中组合包括PS5主机数字版、DualSense无线手柄一个、光驱用的主机壳、竖放基座、手柄接口外壳、PlayStation Shapes束带、PlayStation主题贴纸、海报等等，定价79980日元。
