7月14日，据深圳市房地产中介协会统计，2025年第28周（7月7日-7月13日），深圳市二手房（含自助）录得1321套，环比下降8.0%。深房中协认为，虽结束此前连续两周的增长态势，但成交量仍维持在年内较好水平，显示市场保持稳健运行。
根据公开在售二手房源量数据统计，截至2025年7月14日，深圳市共有75173套有效二手房源在售，较上周增加4套，在售量已趋于平稳。
