红星新闻网7月14日讯 近日，广东省肇庆市高要区金利镇一微信群中，流传消息称：“金利镇有人报复社会，恶意传播艾滋病毒，已有2000人被感染”，引发关注。
经当地警方核查，上述消息为虚假信息。目前，公安机关正对该散布谣言的违法行为作进一步调查。
