财联社7月14日电，据央视新闻，因新一轮强降雨导致瓜达卢普河水位再次上涨，美国得克萨斯州克尔维尔灾区的搜救行动被迫暂停。当地消防部门要求所有救援人员暂时撤出危险区域。全面搜救预计于7月15日一早继续。官方推测仅克尔维尔县就仍有超160人失联，邻近地区有约10人下落不明。
