7月13日，湖南一女子强搂亲吻1岁多男孩，男孩的妈妈称“孩子当晚就高烧，已被确诊是水痘，手腿都长满红包。要求道歉时，没有得到正面回应。报了警，警察登门后也无果。”据男孩妈妈发帖称，“她(当事女子)小孩发水痘一个星期不到，小孩发烧刚从医院回来。”
