据公示信息显示，汕头市潮阳区金灶镇舒荣经济联合社因未经有权批准机关批准于2017年12月在金灶镇舒荣经济联合社寨前池前洋坊动工建设，于2018年4月建成。
日前，被汕头市潮阳区金灶镇人民政府处以：
① 责令退还非法占用土地的土地
② 没收在非法占用的土地上新建的建筑物和其他设施
③ 罚款人民币78414元（柒万捌仟肆佰壹拾肆元整）
