人民财讯7月11日电，呈和科技(688625)7月11日晚间公告，持股12.60%的公司股东上海科汇投资管理有限公司（简称“科汇投资”）因自身资金需求，拟通过集中竞价、大宗交易的方式，减持其所持有的公司股份合计不超过564.96万股，减持比例不超过公司总股本的3%。
