格隆汇7月11日丨中钢洛耐(688119.SH)公布，公司拟使用最高不超过人民币4.5亿元（包含本数）的超募资金和最高不超过人民币2.5亿元（包含本数）的暂时闲置募集资金进行现金管理，使用期限自公司董事会审议通过之日起不超过12个月（包含本数），在此额度及期限内，上述资金可循环滚动使用。
