7月11日消息，欧洲央行执委施纳贝尔表示， 由于中期通胀预期将达到目标水平，且经济增长前景的风险更为均衡，欧洲央行目前处于有利地位，因此，再次降息的门槛非常高；计划逐步减少货币政策债券投资组合至零。欧洲央行执委施纳贝尔还表示，进一步降息将需要显著偏离通胀目标。（新华财经）
