7月10日，柳州江滨公园管理处发布《沿江瀑布群汛期开放时间调整通告》，内容如下：
因汛期柳江水情持续波动，沿江城市夜间景观灯系统受损，为确保安全并保障游览体验，沿江瀑布群即日起至夜间景观灯全面恢复期间调整开放时间如下：
开放时段
周末及法定节假日：上午 10:00—12:00 下午 2:30—4:30
工作日：暂停开放（恢复时间另行通知）
