兰州银行（001227）发布公告，近日成功发行2025年无固定期限资本债券，发行规模为50亿元。该债券于2025年7月8日进行簿记建档，并于2025年7月10日完成发行。前5年票面利率为2.49%，每5年调整一次，并且在第5年及之后的每个付息日，发行人享有有条件赎回权。
本期债券募集的资金将用于补充公司其他一级资本，相关资金的使用将依据适用法律和监管机构的批准进行。
