人民财讯7月10日电，港股上市银行贵州银行发布公告，经国家金融监督管理总局贵州监管局批准，贵州银行吸收合并铜仁丰源村镇银行。届时，铜仁丰源村镇银行将注销法人资格，原铜仁丰源村镇银行的网点将新设为贵州银行下属分支机构。
