人民财讯7月10日电，辽宁省人民政府办公厅印发《辽宁省数字政府建设实施方案（2025—2027年）》，其中提出，提升电子政务网络支撑能力。强化电子政务网络统筹建设管理，深化非涉密业务专网与电子政务外网整合。提高省级政务外网互联网出口带宽，推进省政务外网互联网协议第6版（IPv６）地址部署和应用，提升电子政务外网的移动接入能力。
