财联社7月10日电，据东方网，上海举行2025世界人工智能大会暨人工智能全球治理高级别会议新闻发布会。上海市副秘书长张英表示，着力打造年轻活跃的创新创业首选地。目前，全市人工智能人才规模近30万人，约占全国1/3。构建全链开源生态，引进阿里魔搭、开放原子基金会等建设线上开源社区，累计开放4200亿Token文本和1TB视频图文数据，进一步降低AI创业门槛。
