财联社7月9日电，据央视新闻，当地时间7月9日，俄罗斯总统新闻秘书佩斯科夫表示，俄方对于美国总统特朗普的言论相当“平静”，因为其以使用强硬言辞而闻名。佩斯科夫表示，虽然美国决定恢复向乌克兰供应武器，但是俄罗斯仍希望特朗普继续努力通过外交手段解决乌克兰问题。
