7月9日报道，陈柏霖或与女友陈庭萱结婚，有消息称，他近期频频问朋友打听能举办婚礼的餐厅，婚礼时间或在10月底至年末，预计邀请包括至亲好友在内30人左右，准备在新西兰举行小型但亲昵的婚礼。据悉，陈柏霖和陈庭萱因为拍摄电影《变身超人》结缘，随后低调交往多年，到2022年官宣恋情，两人爱情长跑13年。
