国新办今天（7月9日）上午举行首场"高质量完成‘十四五’规划"系列主题新闻发布会。
国家发展改革委主任郑栅洁会上介绍，"十四五"规划把创新提到前所未有的重要位置。我国研发投入再创新高，2024年全社会研发经费投入规模比"十三五"末增长近50%，增量达到1.2万亿元；研发投入强度提高到2.68%，接近OECD国家平均水平。
