格隆汇7月8日丨恒基地产(00012.HK)公告，于2025年7月8日，发行人、公司(作为发行人的担保人)及经办人签署认购协议，内容有关经办人或其促使的认购人认购发行人将予发行的本金总额为港币80亿元的债券，惟须受认购协议所载条件规限。债券的发行价将为债券本金总额的100%，而每份债券的面值将为港币2,000,000元及其整数倍。
