云内动力公告称，收到云南证监局出具的《行政处罚事先告知书》，因公司披露的年度报告财务指标存在虚假记载，深圳证券交易所将对公司股票实施其他风险警示，公司股票简称由“云内动力”变更为“ST云动”，股票交易日涨跌幅限制5%。公司股票自2025年7月9日开市起停牌一天，并于2025年7月10日开市起复牌。
