格隆汇7月8日丨甬金股份(603995.SH)公布，公司于2025年7月7日晚自实际控制人曹佩凤女士处获悉，其因涉嫌内幕交易、泄露内幕信息罪于当日被金华市公安局作出取保候审决定。根据曹佩凤女士提供的《取保候审决定书》（金公（经）取保字[2025]00012号）显示，取保候审期限从2025年7月7日起算。
