格隆汇7月7日丨中欣氟材(002915.SZ)公布2025年度以简易程序向特定对象发行股票预案，本次向特定对象发行股票的募集资金总额不超过2.26亿元(含本数)，不超过三亿元且不超过最近一年末净资产百分之二十，扣除发行费用后，计划投资于年产2,000吨BPEF、500吨BPF及1,000吨9-芴酮产品建设项目，补充流动资金。
