张业伟任省公安厅治安管理总队总队长（副厅长级），试用期一年，任职时间2025年5月30日；
张业伟早年曾担任过黑龙江省公安厅督察总队副总队长、黑龙江省公安厅经济犯罪侦查总队总队长。
本次履新前担任黑龙江省治安管理总队总队长。
