杭州铁路公安通报，7月7日15时30分许，旅客汪某（男，42岁，持当日G2331次杭州南至余姚北车票）在杭州南站候车室二楼商业区，自行爬上二楼护栏扶手并跳下。工作人员第一时间联系120急救，将汪某送至医院进行抢救。相关情况在进一步调查中。
