7月7日，潮宏基（002345）发布公告，控股股东汕头市潮鸿基投资有限公司将其持有的376万股股份于2025年7月3日解除质押，占其所持股份的1.48%及公司总股本的0.42%。
截至公告披露日，潮鸿基投资累计质押股份为7605万股，占其持股总数的29.98%及公司总股本的8.56%。
2025年一季度，潮宏基实现收入22.52亿元，归母净利润1.89亿元。
