金融界7月7日消息，钱江摩托公告称，2025年7月7日召开的会议审议通过了《关于调整限制性股票回购价格并回购注销部分限制性股票的议案》，同意回购注销2名激励对象已获授但尚未解锁的1.75万股限制性股票。此次回购注销因激励对象颜军标、冯涛离职不再具备资格，调整后回购价格为4.51元/股，资金总额7.89万元来自公司自有资金。
