招商公路7月7日公告，公司董事会近日收到董事会秘书孟杰的书面辞职申请，孟杰因工作变动原因申请辞去公司董事会秘书职务，辞职后将不再担任公司任何职务，辞职申请自送达公司董事会之日起生效。根据相关规定，公司将尽快聘任董事会秘书，新任董事会秘书履职前公司董事会指定副总经理聂易彬代为履行董事会秘书职责。
