智通财经APP获悉，香港差估署最新的《香港物业报告每月补编》显示，5月香港私人住宅落成量330伙，环比减少1280伙或79.5%，创近一年新最低，且是近9个月来首次跌破1000伙。前5个月累计有7426伙竣工，相当于差估署预测20862伙的逾35.5%。若以地区划分，前5个月，九龙区落成量最多，达6729伙；港岛区575伙；新界区122伙。
