交运股份7月7日公告，公司董事兼总裁杜慧因工作调动原因，申请辞去公司董事、总裁等职务，辞职报告自送达董事会之日起生效。公司于2025年7月7日召开了第九届董事会第九次会议，审议通过了《关于聘任夏坚先生为公司总裁的议案》，聘任夏坚担任公司总裁，任期为自本次董事会审议通过之日起至第九届董事会届满为止。
