根据相关法律法规，2024年8月1日起，商家不能销售没有3C认证的充电宝，但是大量在去年8月之前生产的充电宝，还能不能继续使用？专家提示，这类产品没被召回一般可以使用，但是要注意充电宝工作状态，尽量避免挤压、撞击、跌落等，发现外壳开裂膨胀现象，应立即停用。同时，不要认为充电宝可以无限期使用。
