7月6日，南京商旅发布公告称，公司收到控股股东南京旅游集团通知，经南京市委深改委研究决定，拟以南京旅游集团为主体，推进南京旅游集团、南京市文化投资控股集团有限责任公司、南京体育产业集团有限责任公司的整合重组工作，打造南京市文旅体商综合开发运营主平台。
