新里程公告称，公司董事长林杨林被太原市小店区监察委员会实施留置并立案调查，无法履职。根据《公司章程》，董事许铭桂在林杨林无法履职期间代为履行董事长职责。目前公司生产经营正常，未被要求协助调查，其他董事、监事、高级管理人员均正常履职。
