时狗子不是离不开你，它是得病了——说说“分离焦虑症”这回事

你以为你家狗子恋你成疯，一天不见跟世界末日似的？

其实它不是“太爱你”，它是焦虑，还是有名有姓的——分离焦虑症。

这种病在狗圈里那可是常见到不能再常见：你前脚刚出门，它后脚就扮演“拆迁大队长”，把门口扒得像欠它五百块；

你以为它调皮捣蛋，实际它心里都快崩了……

一、咋看出来你家狗子焦虑了？

狗狗不会说话，但行为早就告诉你了：

• 嚎得惊天动地：你刚走，它开始哀嚎，跟被抛弃了十年一样，邻居都能听见。

• 拆家狂魔上线：沙发腿咬断、门框刮烂、鞋子撕碎……它不是调皮，它是真的崩。

• 突然乱拉乱尿：平时尿盆定位王，一离开就地“缴械”，不是报复，是控制不住。

• 发抖、喘粗气、猛流口水：它不是中暑，是慌得一批。

• 走来走去，原地转圈：你走了它像装了GPS，满屋子找你。

• 绝食+呕吐：人一走饭都不吃，有些还直接吐了，胃都绞成麻花。

• 舔自己舔到破皮：舔爪子舔到出血、咬自己尾巴……这不是洁癖，是它太焦虑了。

说白了，就是你不在，它精神都快崩盘了。

二、分几级？严重程度不一样

别以为只是“有点黏人”，它分级别的：

• 轻度：小声哼哼、坐立不安、盯着门。

• 中度：吠叫、抓门、咬东西。

• 重度：自残、绝食、拉稀、呕吐，甚至咬自己……

三、咋整？狗子不能一直靠陪着吧？

别慌，下面是几个靠谱的应对法子：

1. 训练它慢慢习惯你不在

别一走就一整天，从几分钟开始练起，慢慢加时间，它就明白“你走不是不回来了”。

2. 临走前给点“安慰奖”

啥叫狗子专属“安慰包”？给它塞个磨牙棒、耐咬玩具，或者藏点零食，它会忙着找吃的，不至于全程盯门“落泪”。

3. 你走得得像个“路人”

别每次出门都跟诀别似的，摸头、抱抱、千叮咛万嘱咐，狗子反而越抓狂。走就走，回来也别太高调，越平常心它越安心。

4. 严重的，别硬扛，找专业的

症状严重的，就别自己琢磨了，直接找兽医或宠物行为师，有的可能需要用药配合行为训练。

四、别误会它是在“作”，它是真的撑不住了

你以为它搞破坏是“缺教育”？

其实它就是想你，想得心慌、胃疼、崩溃。它不会说“我害怕”，就只能用这种“土办法”表达自己。

说到底，狗子的世界就你一个主角，你不在，它连剧都不想演了。

所以——

别轻视分离焦虑症，也别嘲笑它“太作”。

解决这个问题，不止是为了让家不被拆，更是为了让它过得安心、你过得放心。
