7月4日，中富通（300560）发布公告，控股股东、实际控制人陈融洁解除质押股份1604万股，占其所持股份的28.13%及公司总股本的6.98%；同时办理质押股份995万股。截至公告披露日，陈融洁及其一致行动人累计质押股份4018万股，占其合计持有股份的49.86%及公司总股本的17.49%。
2025年一季度，中富通实现收入2.85亿元，归母净利润767万元。
