7月4日，石景山首个“好房子”首钢·璟悦长安取得预售许可证。本次获批房源为1#-16#共16栋住宅楼，共700套住宅，准许销售面积74143.29㎡，各楼栋拟售均价在6.92万-7.41万元/㎡区间，整体均价约7.2万元/㎡。项目共11种户型，包括83㎡两居、85-98-103-110㎡三居、128-130㎡四居。其中，98、103、110㎡是主力户型，得房率最高达96%。
