智通财经APP讯，金辉集团(00137)公布，于2025年7月4日，该公司拥有约55.69%权益的间接附属公司Jingang Marine Inc拟向Huwell Shipping Pte. Ltd.出售一艘载重量 56,927 公吨及于香港注册的散装货船，代价为1080万美元，该船舶将于2025年7月7日至2025年8月15日期间由卖方交付予买方。
董事认为，出售事项为集团重新调整其船队组合及于现时高风险及波动的市场中减低吾等的营运风险承担的机会，而集团可借出售事项提升其营运资金状况及进一步巩固其流动资金及整体财务状况。
