7月4日，康隆达（603665）发布公告，股东张间芳解除质押250万股，占其持股的32.51%及公司总股本的1.55%；股东东大针织质押250万股，占其持股的10.91%及公司总股本的1.55%。
截至公告披露日，控股股东及其一致行动人累计质押4702万股，占其持股的69.77%及公司总股本的29.18%。
2025年一季度，康隆达实现收入3.80亿元，归母净利润1.14亿元。
