动力新科7月4日公告，公司董事会近日收到董事郝景贤的辞职报告，郝景贤因工作变动原因辞去公司董事等职务，辞职后不再担任公司及子公司任何职务。郝景贤的辞职未导致公司董事会低于法定最低人数，其辞职报告自送达董事会时生效。
