滇池绿道东风坝附近，一座令人瞩目的水上浮桥正在建设中。它将连接东风坝东西两岸，并为草海航道船只提供通行便利。
这座长486米的开合浮桥，设计独特、功能齐全，建成后将成为滇池上的一道亮丽风景线。浮桥建设进展顺利，预计9月30日完工。
