当地时间7月3日，南方共同市场及伙伴国第66届首脑会议在南共市轮值主席国阿根廷首都布宜诺斯艾利斯举行，阿根廷总统米莱、巴西总统卢拉、巴拉圭总统培尼亚、乌拉圭总统奥尔西等出席。
