7月3日，金花股份（600080）发布公告，2025年6月25日，公司向西安市公安局经济犯罪侦查支队报案，西安经侦已经受理，并于2025年7月2日收到西安经侦出具的《受案回执》，已正式受理原实际控制人吴一坚涉嫌背信损害公司利益案。
2025年一季度，金花股份实现收入1.07亿元，归母净利润122万元。
