【青蒜炒五花肉】
需要准备的食材:五花肉1条,青蒜1小把,姜末,料酒,酱油,盐,植物油
详细做法:
第一步,把青蒜剥去外皮,揪掉根须部分。都剥干净以后切一下。先对齐,把茎的部分斜刀切成小短段
买青蒜的时候,要挑叶子的颜色鲜绿的,不发黄的。青蒜的毛根部分不枯萎,辣味比较浓的。
第二步,再把青蒜叶子部分切成更短的段,茎叶分开放。把五花肉去皮,肉切成薄片
第三步,铁锅烧热,加入植物油烧热,放入五花肉片中大火煸炒至变色,加入姜末炒香
第四步,开大火,顺锅边淋入一些料酒翻炒去腥,再加入一些酱油炒出红润的颜色
第五步,锅里温度上来以后,先倒入青蒜的茎,用铲子不断煸炒,这时候的火不要太大
第六步,中火煸至青蒜有点打蔫的时候,加入1小勺盐调味
