2025 年 7 月 2 日，HPE 宣布已正式完成140 亿美元收购 Juniper Networks，在此前与美国司法部就反垄断问题达成和解后顺利推进。
美国司法部最初于 2025 年 1 月提起诉讼，指出 HPE 与 Juniper 合并将导致其在美国企业级 WLAN 领域占市场主导地位，违反《克莱顿法案》。
6 月 28 日，双方达成和解协议：HPE 同意在180 天内剥离其 Instant On 无线业务，并开放瞻博 Mist AIOps 源代码许可，以维护市场竞争。
