氮化镓（GaN）厂纳微半导体（Navitas）7月3日宣布，旗下650V元件产品在未来1到2年内将从现有供应商台积电逐步转由力积电代工。台积电表示，经过完整评估后，考量市场与长期业务策略，决定在未来2年内逐步退出氮化镓业务。台积电强调，决定逐步退出氮化镓业务，并不会影响之前公布的财务目标。台积电预估，今年美元营收将成长24%至26%。
