第二种:花生糖馅。花生米炒香去衣,切碎备用。红糖、麦芽糖一起熬化,趁热倒进花生碎里面,快速翻拌均匀,待它稍微冷却定型之后,切成小块即可。
第三种:五仁馅。将瓜子仁、杏仁、核桃仁、黑白芝麻、葡萄干混合在一起,最后可以加点糖桂花增加风味。
第四种:肉松鸡蛋馅。鸡蛋和肉松搭配起来简直是绝配,简单又好吃。
