近日，滕州市公安局交警大队向社会曝光第十一批“酒驾”“再次酒驾”严重违法驾驶人11名。其中孙某刚因再次酒驾被依法处罚金1200元，吊销驾驶证并行政拘留二日。
根据《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》第九十一条、九十二条、第一百零一条等相关规定，由公安机关对10名酒驾驾驶人作出了处罚。
