人民财讯7月2日电，余姚农商行公告显示，该行拟于7月22日召开临时股东大会，其中将审议有关收购余姚通济村镇银行股权，并吸收合并余姚通济村镇银行的相关议案。据了解，余姚通济村镇银行由余姚农商行发起设立，也是后者旗下唯一一家村镇银行。
