00后女子黄某来沪两个月消费全靠找茬赖账，声称过敏、有虫，白住了十几家酒店。从浴场到宾馆，从美甲店到服装店，甚至出行打车，凭各种理由恶意投诉逼迫商家免单退款。
目前，黄某因涉嫌寻衅滋事罪，已被公安机关依法采取刑事强制措施。
