7月1日，亚星锚链（601890）公告称，近日，公司与交通银行股份有限公司泰州分行签订《存单质押合同》《保证合同》，为公司全资子公司亚星（香港）国际有限公司在该行申请1000万元融资提供质押担保，担保期限为2025年6月27日起至2027年6月26日。
