6月30日，紫金矿业（601899/02899）发布公告，拟分拆所属子公司紫金黄金国际有限公司至香港联交所主板上市的相关事宜已经通过公司2025年第一次临时股东会及后续股东会的审议。
根据公告，紫金黄金国际已于2025年6月30日向香港联交所递交了首次公开发行股票的申请资料，并已在香港联交所网站上刊登。
2025年一季度，紫金矿业实现收入789.28亿元，归母净利润101.67亿元。
