北京商报讯（记者 马换换 王蔓蕾）6月30日，上交所官网显示，摩尔线程、有研复材、沐曦股份、沁恒微、易加增材等5家企业IPO申请获得受理。
值得一提的是，上述5家新获受理企业本次均拟冲击科创板上市。
5家企业中，摩尔线程、沐曦股份拟首发募资额较高，分别拟募资80亿元、39.04亿元。
